Any orders with a value of $200.00 or less will be shipped via Parcel Post unless otherwise specified in the special instructions box. Orders of more than $200.00 will be shipped via FedEx unless otherwise specified. Please note there is no tracking outside of USA. for Parcel Post.

Your order may take between 4-6 weeks to fill. This is because the majority of Macleo Leather .products are handcrafted with each order received.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping. All shipping costs are determined by the dimensional weight for each package and calculated by method of shipping, weight and value of package. You may contact us for approximate cost at

FedEx will not ship to a post office box. You must use a real physical address where a signature can be acquired.

USA orders are shipped via FedEx

US orders are shipped via FedEx 3-Day Select which includes brokerage.

International orders are shipped via FedEx Expedited.

International shippments are subject to duty and taxes determined by the receiving country customs department. All duty and taxes are the responsibilty of the consignee.

CUSTOMS

You should be aware that customs officials of any country have the authority to, and may open packages for inspection.

Macleo Leather cannot accept responsibility for any orders confiscated or seized by any customs department. Please be aware that Macleo Leather will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.

Macleo Leather must legally include a description of the contents on all shipments leaving USA. Our descriptions are truthful but generic.
